Salesforce is integrated via Zapier, similar to our Hubspot integration. You can also use our webhook on Salesforce with a separate Salesforce apps to enable webhooks support. If you’d like assistance, please contact us.

We sync messages at the end of each hour using transcripts. We send the transcript with customer information (email & name) to your CRM or ticketing system.
- This requires an upgrade to our CRM plan[hyperlink to: How to upgrade to a plan].Â
- After upgrading, you can then access your webhook. You may do this at: StartADAM bot (or type @startadam in an existing channel and click enter) → setup company page → Connect CRM → copy your webhook URL and add it to Zapier.Â
