We strive to meet the high standards of AWS Service Level Agreements (SLAs) whenever possible. For businesses with specific SLA requirements, we offer tailored Enterprise solutions. Contact us to learn more.
We take security seriously. With SOC2 Type 2 compliance and end-to-end encryption, your data is always protected. Messages are not stored after delivery, and while we briefly hold attachments (up to 2 weeks) to ensure successful transfer of large files, you can always share your own file links if you prefer.
Our services are hosted on AWS in the United States.
