Unless you opt out of file transfers, we do store files for one week to ensure deliverability. These are encrypted and covered under our SOC2 Type II policies and procedures and are stored for up to one week to ensure files remain accessible to your recipients. You may also choose to use your own file transfer service if you prefer.

StartADAM collects your name and contact information (email, phone, Slack workspace, Discord server) for user identification to enable cross-platform message relay. Your username serves as a display name across different platforms during conversations. This data is stored for as long as needed to provide our service to you.
