We sync messages at the end of each hour using transcripts. We send the transcript with customer information (email & name) to your CRM or ticketing system.
- This requires an upgrade to our CRM plan[hyperlink to: How to upgrade to a plan].
- After upgrading, you can then access your webhook. You may do this at: StartADAM bot (or type @startadam in an existing channel and click enter) → setup company page → Connect CRM → copy your webhook URL and add it to Zapier.
